Dear Members of the Lehigh Community,
Three years into our ten-year strategy, Inspiring the Future Makers, our momentum continues to build across research, education, community and infrastructure. Today, we are pleased to share the Year Three Progress Report, which highlights our collective impact, key milestones and ongoing commitment to shaping the future of Lehigh.
This past year reflects what is possible when our campus and community stakeholders move forward with a shared purpose—to Make it New, Make a Difference, and Make it Together, our three overarching goals. In year three, we expanded our research enterprise and pathways for industry engagement, upgraded our administrative and student technology and piloted interdisciplinary learning opportunities across campus. At the same time, we deepened our commitment to inclusive excellence and strengthened our efforts to create a more vibrant South Bethlehem. Together, this work reflects our ongoing commitment to real progress and real-world impact.
As we celebrate these milestones, we remain committed to listening to community input and refining our approach to the implementation process. Looking ahead to year four, we will focus on continuing to integrate AI across the academic and administrative enterprises, scaling experiential learning, increasing non-federal research funding and further activating our Mountaintop campus. As our strategy evolves to meet the dynamic challenges of today, we look forward to sharing more details with you during the Fall 2026 semester.
Progress at Lehigh is built by all of us. We invite you to explore the full report, reflect on what we have achieved together and consider the role you will play in what comes next for our Lehigh community.
Thank you for your continued dedication, leadership and partnership.
