Institute for Functional Materials and Devices to Host Symposium

The Lehigh Materials Symposium will bridge the gap between industry needs and academic research interests.

Lehigh's Institute for Functional Materials and Devices (I-FMD) will host the Lehigh Materials Symposium on November 18-19 at Iacocca Hall on the Mountaintop Campus. The event, which will allow time for discussion about materials research issues, will feature industry speakers from organizations including Corning, Solvay, Exxon-Mobil, Special Metals, Vitro, and the U.S. Army; a poster session; and a tour of the university’s nanofabrication and materials characterization facilities.

There is no fee to attend, but registration is required.
